5 Strudel Filling Delights



You need to make the dough:
- 750 gr of flour,
- 1 cup of water,
- 1 cup of milk,
- 1 cup of vegetable oil,
- 1 piece of brewer's yeast,
- 1 tea spoon of salt and
- 2 table spoons of sugar.

Put the yeast into an empty cup and add 1 table spoon of sugar and a just a little milk. When it rises add it to the rest of the ingredients and make an even mass. Leave for about an hour until it rises again.
Split the mass into four parts and knead the dough again into a square shape as thick as you like.
After you add the filling roll them up and bake at 220 degrees until it gets that warm color. 
After it is done put a cloth over it so it doesn t get crispy.

Fillings.

1. Poppy seed filling:

- 200 gr of grounded poppy seeds,
- 80 ml milk and 
- 6 spoons of sugar.
Boil the milk on low heat with the sugar and add poppy seeds, for just couple of minutes on low heat.

2. Nut filling:
- 100 gr of grounded nuts,
- 50 ml of milk and
- 4 table spoons of sugar.
Mix the nuts with sugar and slowly add the milk.

3. Sour cherries filling:
- 6oo gr of sour cherries and
- 150 gr of sugar.
Put the cherries evenly over the dough and sprinkle sugar over it.

4. Apple filling:
- 4 grated apples,
- 4 table spoons of sugar and
- a bit of cinnamon. 
Put the grated apples evenly over the dough and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over it.

5. Cheese filling:
- 250 gr of grounded cheese,
- 2 eggs and
- 1 table spoon of vegetable oil.
Whisk the eggs and then add the cheese and oil.






Za testo vam je potrebno:
- 750 gr brašna,
- šolja vode,
- šolja mleka,
- šolja ulja,
- kocka kvasca,
- kašičica soli i 
- 2 kašike šećera.

U praznu šolju staviti razmrvljeni kvasac i posuti kašikom šećera i sa malo mleka dok ne naraste. Sa ostalim sastojcima zamesiti testo i ostaviti da naraste. Kada naraste podeliti ga u četiri dela i još jednom premesiti i razvući u približan četvrtast oblik debljine po želji.
Nakon što dodate fil pecite na 220 stepeni dok ne porumeni. Obavezno je prekrijte platnenom krpom nakon kako se ne bi osušila kora.

FIlovi.

1. Fil od maka:
- 200 gr mlevenog maka,
- 6 kašika šećera.
Na tihoj vatri skuvajte mleko i šećer i dodajte mleveni mak, prokuvajte par minuta i ostavite sa strane da se ohladi.

2. Fil od mlevenih oraha:
- 100 gr mlevenih oraha,
50 ml mleka i 
4 kašike šećera.
Pomešajte prvo mlevene orahe sa šećerom a zatim dodajte mleko.

3. Sa višnjama:
- 600 gr višnji i 
- 150 gr šećera.
Poređajte jednako višnje i zatim pospite šećerom.

4. Sa jabukama:
- 4 rendane jabuke,
- 4 kašike šećera i 
- malo cimeta.
Jednako rasporedite rendane jabuke a zatim pospite šećerom i cimetom.

5. Sa sirom:
- 250 gr sira,
- 2 jajeta i 
- malo ulja.

Umutite jaja i dodajte mrvljeni sir i ulje.
